Nuzzling Muzzles was kind enough to take me for this 6 things meme, so I couldn’t resist.
- In high school, my nickname was Moo. This evolved from a misspelling of my name at a piano recital. I was Moo to my friends more than my given name until I went to college. I miss (sometimes) having a nickname; and also miss (sometimes) having my hair dyed flame orange (L’Oreal Copper Penny Red) from the same time period.

- I adore a certain rock star *almost* as much as Fantastyk Voyage. My sister and I went to his concert a few years ago as grown people. My favorite song from his classic era is “Helden” the German language version of Heroes.

- I had a serious horse riding accident years ago and lied to the doctors at the clinic about whether I had any memory loss. This in an of itself is apparently a symptom of a head injury. At several subsequent follow-up appointments, I kept meaning to talk to my regular doctor about continued memory loss, but no joke, I forgot to ask about it every time. All better now. Time thankfully heals all wounds, head included.
- November 16th was our first Houseiversary at Ranchette. We’ve been here over a year now and I have a dirty confession to make. I still have boxes that aren’t unpacked. In an unused part of the dining area and in the basement. I start more projects than I finish. I appear to be an agent of chaos. I don’t know if I need to clone myself or stage an organizational intervention.
- The first cookie I learned how to make on my own is Russian Teacakes. They are still one of my favorites. My mom helped me make them for my dad’s office. The first meal I learned how to make is Hamburger Pie from the Old Betty Crocker cookbook. I learned to cook when I was in junior high: my mom was on late shifts at the hospital and my dad was away at law school. The Hamburger Pie sounds strange: green beans and hamburger in an onion flavored crust but I secretly still love it. I might make it for dinner tonight.
- When I was eight, I wanted to be Spock when I grew up. I was impressed with his grasp of logic. This makes total sense within my INTP personality type on the Meyers Briggs charts. I’m a closet addict to personality testing of all sorts, but love the Meyers Briggs best.
I’m terrible at passing these forward as usually get to them late. Check out Nuzzling Muzzles Six Things post here. Haven’t been tagged yet? Consider this an invite to share! Here are the official rules. Did I mention I’m not much of a rule follower?

What a great post about yourself. I still have boxes unpacked in the basement too, but I’ve been here almost 8 yrs. Kindred spirits or just lazy? I’m probably just lazy, I figure if I haven’t needed it by now….

We almost have another thing in common: I’m an INFP – one letter off from your INTP. I like the way you arranged each of your points with pictures.

Greyhorse: let’s call ourselves kindred spirits, even if I suspect the L word is my problem too.
NuzMuz: INFP! We’re practically MB Twins! I do have a hard time with those “J” types – despite the fact that I married one! Suppose every household needs one.
